Me from the states? Is it my accent? I'm from the Netherlans. I checked the song, it's great but I probably miss a good deal of jokes in it. We make jokes like that about the Belgians, but I do it with respect - after all, along with the Guinness family, they're the best beer brewers in the world!

Thanks siccosaurus I'm relieved and happy that it's a positive. Love the joke - it's a Kerry one. Kerry people are the butt of a good deal of Irish humour. As in - " What do you do if a Kerry man throws a pin at you ?" "You run like hell. He's holding a grenade ." You in the states appear to see Arkansas people in the same light - if "Arkansas Traveler" as sung by Michelle Shocked is anything to go by. In the US Kerry people live in Arkansas ! Check out the jokes on the song - brilliant.
